Shipping within Australia

All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (aud), and will be charged in Australian Dollars. Prices include free Australia wide shipping.

You will receive an email containing you postal tracking number once your order has been shipped, this will be within four weeks of placing your order. If you have not received an email containing your tracking number after this time period please contact hellobrookeholiday@gmail.com

For delivery we use Australia Post Parcel Post. A4-A3 print orders are packaged with backing boards in flat pack mailers, A2 print orders are packaged in 66mm length/ 60mm diameter cardboard postal tubes, if multiple prints are ordered they are packaged in 66mm length/ 90mm diameter cardboard postal tubes. If your order has not arrived within the allotted time please contact Australia Post using the tracking number supplied.

International Shipping

All prices on our site are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars. International shipping will be of additional charge to you.

A4-A3 print orders are flat packaged in 55mm length/ 60mm diameter cardboard postal tubes, A2-A1 print orders area packaged in 66mm length/ 60mm diameter cardboard postal tubes, if multiple prints are ordered they are packaged in 66mm length/ 90mm diameter cardboard postal tubes. If your order has not arrived within the allotted time please contact Australia Post using the tracking number supplied.

Delivery Timeline

Each order is printed on demand and hand signed and numbered individually so please allow 2-4 weeks for express delivery or 3-5 weeks for standard international shipping.

We ship from Melbourne, Australia. If you would like to arrange pickup from Melbourne please select the ‘Free Australia Wide Shipping’ option when purchasing your order and send an email to hellobrookeholiday@gmail.com with your request.
